Refund policy

  • We are committed to providing exceptional customer service. If you don't like a product you've purchased for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. UK orders.
  • Returns for international orders are not accepted
Returns must be received in new unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached, in original and complete packaging. Please be aware that we do not accept return for used items, items must be unwashed. Once items have been washed we don't accept returns and the customer must cover all shipping expenses.
Cost of the return is £5.50 per each parcel under 5kg, £7.50 per each parcel weight 5kg to 10kg,  £12.00 per each parcel over 10kg weight. We will provide labels and discount return postage from your refund.


If your fragile Item suffers a transit breakage you don't need to return your order, please contact us and provide pictures as proof of transit breakage and we will replace the broken pieces as quick as possible. Pictures must clearly show the item in the original packaging, packing materials and shipping box. Pictures must proof that the item has been damaged in transit. This applies to fragile items clearly broken in transit, crockery and glassware.
If you are unable to provide proof breakage in transit, the item must be returned for replacement or refund. We will provide you a free return label in this case.

Please allow us 2-3 working days to inspect returned items and process refunds.
If we have any issue with your returned item we will contact you before taking any action, we are committed to provide the best customer service.

In the case that the goods are returned in a completely unacceptable condition they may be returned to you.

Refunds will be sent to the same source of payment used at the checkout.
